Afterwards, we will begin our tour of Huacachina.
Huacachina is a desert oasis and a small village west of the city of Ica. There, we can find and observe a green lagoon called Huacachina, surrounded by palm trees. Buggies travel through the high, rolling dunes surrounding the village, formed by the Paracas winds on this part of the Peruvian coast. And, last but not least, the Huacachina Lagoon.
This attraction is an oasis, located 4 kilometers from Ica, amidst the sand dunes.
The warm year-round climate and the healing power attributed to its waters (once rich in sulfur and salt substances) made Huacachina one of the most important and exclusive Peruvian spas around 1960.

Itinerary

8:00 AM Our short activities of wine and pisco tasting in Ica and the buggies and sandboarding in Huacachina will begin with the transfer from the Paracas Port Terminal, our official tour guide will wait for you at the Paracas Port Terminal pier where the cruise ships arrive, with a sign indicating your name and surname or perhaps the name of the agency Excursions In Peru, once he has located you, our official tour guide will lead you to our mobility to begin your tour program. 08:15 AM We boarded a Van to travel from Paracas to the city of ICA, a one-hore journery. 09:45 PM Arriving in the city, we headed to “Traditional CulturPisco Winery Tour” tasting, where the economic activity was agriculturee, primarily producing pecans and cotton.

• This tour begins with a screening of the history of the CulturPisco Winery, while an explanation of how its exquisite piscos are made is provided.

• A tour of its classic winery, its modern plant, and an observation of the winemaking process.

• You will be able to see extensive hectares of crops surrounding the estate.

• You will learn about the culture, regional cuisine, local piscos and their varieties; you will also learn about the region’s winemaking industry.

10:45 AM Our “Traditional CulturPisco Winery Tour” comes to the end. 11:00 AM A 11:30 AM We depart for Huacachina Lagoon, where you will have time to observe nature and local crafts. 12:00 PM – 01:00 PM Free time for lunch (optional) in Huacachina. 01:00 PM – 02:00 PM Start the tour in tubular tires through the Iqueño desert where you will slide down the dunes on sandboards. 02:00 PM Finally we address the mobility to return to Paracas. 03:30 PM Our service concludes with a transfer to the Pracas Port Terminal.
