Let’s explore the incredible marine ecosystem of Paracas with Excursions In Peru, you will be impressed by the great dimension of the geoglyph called “El Candelabro”, with a wonderful design located on the north coast of the peninsula of the bay of Paracas. Afterwards in Ballestas Islands we will visit the well-known sea lions or wolves, Humboldt penguins and numerous species of migratory birds, which inhabit this natural paradise formed by 3 wonderful island formations and islets.
To complete this extraordinary experience we will dive into the underwater world of Athens beach at a depth of 5-15 meters approximately, with highly qualified instructors and certified by one of the most accredited diving schools in Peru “Professional Association of Diving Instructors” PADI.
● We will board a modern slider that has two engines of borda for greater stability and safety of the boat, where we will provide them lifejackets and we will start this aquatic adventure.
We border the coast of the peninsula of Paracas where we will discover the enigmatic prehistoric geoglyph known as the Candelabro.
We will sail to the set of islands and islets of 03 rock formations of 20 – 30 meters that serve as a rest area for different types of birds such as: tendrils, pelican, guanay, booby, cormorants, etc. One of these formations is called the profile of Christ and the arc of desire where the ninth rain of sand was made.
We will know the maternity area where you will see the beautiful wolves or sea lions resting and playing, Humboldt penguins diving in the cold sea of Pisco while hunting, We will also have time available and the best angles for amazing panoramic photographs as we skirt this lush archipelago.
After 2 hours sailing, this incredible adventure ends and we will return to the pier.
10:00 AM – 10:55 AM We will have time available to know the boulevard of crafts of the Chaco – Paracas, then we will return to the agency where we will prepare to start the next activity. 11:00 AM – 11:30 AM We boarded the mobility and headed to Playa Atenas, known for housing fan shells, this beach is constantly visited by local fish farmers and fishermen. 11:40 AM – 12:10 PM Delivery of diving equipment and start briefing led by our certified instructor: will be dictated a small induction of safety procedures, tasks in the water and conservation of marine life, to not generate any kind of impact that could damage the wonderful marine biodiversity. 12:15 PM – 01:40 PM Snorkeling session in the sea + diving session with scuba equipment, photographic and underwater video shots, where you can appreciate the reefs, starfish, crustaceans, variety of fish like graffiti, Raya, among other species that host in the Paracas National Reserve. 01:55 PM – 02:20 PM Return and arrival to the city of Paracas.
